Who we are

planconnectionus.com ("Plan Connection US," "we," "us," or "our") is a brand owned and operated by Essential Property Holdings LLC, a limited liability company organized in the United States.

We are an insurance matching service, operated as a for-profit advertising business. We run advertising campaigns, and we match the consumers who respond to licensed, independent third parties who can discuss insurance products with them. We are compensated per call or per lead for those referrals, and that is how we make money. We match consumers to a partner — not to a plan — and we do not sell insurance.

Our role, stated plainly

We are not an insurance company, an insurance agency, an insurance broker of record, a healthcare provider, or a government entity. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the United States government, the federal Medicare program, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, or any state or federal agency.

We do not underwrite, issue, price, administer, or service any insurance policy. We do not make eligibility determinations. Any quote, application, enrollment, or policy is handled entirely by a licensed third party, and that third party — not Plan Connection US — is responsible for its own conduct, licensing, and compliance.

How the connection works

1. You see one of our advertisements, or read general information published on our website to support it.
2. If you are interested, you choose to place a call or follow a link.
3. You are connected with a licensed insurance agent, agency, or marketing partner.
4. That licensed professional discusses the products they represent, which may not include every product available in your area.

Participation is voluntary at every step. You are never required to purchase anything, and you may end the process at any time.
